Sarah Lindquist Pape Named As Shareholder

sal1Zimmerman Kiser Sutcliffe is proud to announce that Sarah Lindquist Pape has been elected as a shareholder of the firm effective January 1, 2012. Mrs. Pape received her B.S.B.A. from the University of Florida, and her J.D. from the Florida State University College of Law. Following her second year of law school, Sarah was a summer clerk at ZKS, then returned as a full time associate after receiving her J.D. in the spring 2006. She practices in diverse areas of general commercial and corporate litigation including the representation of financial institutions, banks, insurance companies, construction contractors and subcontractors, business owners and other corporate clients. Sarah dedicates a portion of her time and practice of law to pro bono legal representation, including representation of children as a Guardian ad Litem through the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Family Services of Metro Orlando and The First Tee of Central Florida.
